First: General Publication Rules and Controls
- The research should be in the journal's field of specialization.
- The research should be characterized by originality, novelty, innovation, addition to specialization, and knowledge.
- The research should take into account the rules of original scientific research and its methodology.
- The research must not have been previously published or submitted for publication in any other entity.
- The research should not be derived from a master's or doctoral thesis.
Second: Guidelines for preparing a research for publication in the North Journal of Basic and Applied Sciences:
- Language of Publication: The journal accepts research papers written in Arabic or English.
- Publication Fees: The journal does not charge any fee or financial fees for the scientific publication process and its procedures.
- Rapid Publishing: Peer judging is done quickly and the journal's first decision is issued in approximately 14 days.
- The number of research words should not exceed (8000) words, including Arabic and English extracts, the list of sources and references, and the research page should be A4 size, and the font type should be in common fonts, and the font size should be 12 or 14.
- All four page margins (top, bottom, right, and left) are 2.5 cm, and the spacing between lines is single.
- Two abstracts shall be prepared for the research: one in Arabic, and the other in English, provided that the words of each of them do not exceed (200) words.
- The English abstract is followed by keywords (no more than five words) that express the areas covered by the research, to be used in detection.

- A profile of each researcher involved in the research should be written (no more than 100 words per researcher).
- In the event that the research is accepted for publication, all copyrights shall belong to the journal, and it may not be published in any other publication outlet, either in paper or electronically, without written permission from the head of the editorial board.
